Questions about price

Is VAT included?: No. All prices shown exclude VAT, which is added on the invoice in line with Montenegrin regulations.
Is there a minimum contract term?: No. The subscription is paid monthly or annually and can be stopped at any time. With annual billing the unused period is not refunded, but the service runs to the end of the paid period.
How do I pay?: By invoice, via bank transfer. No card details are entered and nothing renews automatically — the invoice arrives by email before each new period.
What if the building has more than 40 apartments?: Then it is the Large building plan, with no upper limit on the number of individual parts. If you manage several buildings, the agency plan works out cheaper than the sum of individual ones.
Can I see how the app works first?: Yes — the demo building is open to everyone, no account and no install. Once we agree, we set up your building and send invitations to residents.
