Because an account in a building means access to its finances. Accounts are created by invitation only, so it is always clear who is in the building and with which role.

We do, at the building's request. The manager role grants the right to enter financial data and publish documents, so it is not available by self-service.

At the manager's request we send invitations to residents' e-mail addresses. Clicking the link, a resident sets a password and is immediately tied to their unit and role.

No. The application keeps records; it does not take money. Residents pay as they always have — into the building's shared account — and the manager records the payment here.

Net floor area × coefficient × point value. The coefficient is 1 for apartments and business premises and 0.5 for non-residential parts such as garages, as Article 16 of the Law prescribes. The point value may not fall below €0.20.

It counts the months of arrears for each apartment and warns when one passes three months, because at that point the law gives the manager eight days to start enforcement. A case is opened in the app and remains as a record.

Yes, and that is deliberate. Article 21 of the Law gives every owner the right to inspect how funds are spent. Here nobody has to ask for that right specially.

Only members of that building. The separation is enforced in the database itself, row by row — not in the application — so even a bug in the app cannot show someone else's building.

Arrears are shown by apartment label, and showing names is a building setting. The assembly decides how far transparency goes.

Data is processed in line with Montenegro's Personal Data Protection Act and the European General Data Protection Regulation. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

You can. Data the building must keep by law (such as records of charges and payments) stays in the building's books, but your personal account and the content you entered are deleted on request.

No. It opens in a browser, on a phone or a computer. You can add it to your phone's home screen and it behaves like a real app, with its own icon.

They do, but only once the app is added to the home screen — that is an iOS limitation, not ours. The app walks you through that step.

The manager can still enter everything on their behalf, and notices can be printed. A building does not stop because of one resident without a phone.
